Bullish Symmetrical Triangle
It takes at least four titk reversal (A, B, C, and D) to form a Bullish Symmetrical Triangle, two points (B and D) is called a line Support (Trough), and two more points at the top (A and C) is called a resistance line (Peak). Bullish Symmetrical Triangle Formation which is always preceded by uptrending charts, and symmetrical triangle formed when the volatility of prices began to decline.
This pattern began to form when the correction in the rally which ended at the top of A, then continued rally back from the base B to the top C which is lower than the previous peak. After that happened correction again from the top to the bottom of (C D). So far there are four reversal points, the line resistance (A C) and support (B D) which Symmetrical Triangle formation can describe.
But sometimes two-point reversal occurs follow-up (E and F), so there are six reversal points as shown in the picture above graph. Peak E is the third experiment to test the resistance line, then F is an experimental basis that the third time to test support. Price movements seen in the Symmetrical Triangle consists of "three peaks and three valleys". Permeation resistance line will be confirmation that the trend will likely continue. To get a validation, the closing price after the breakout should be above the level of resistance lines. Then the target can be determined based on the projected vertical distance "A to the line of Support" to the point Breakout from the resistance line.
Volume thinned as general price movements also fluctuated more during the formation of smaller place. This principle also applies to all other consolidation patterns. Volume then increases dramatically during breakout, and better still if accompanied by price hikes (gap up). Please note that the volume of the Bullish Triangle is always more important than Bearish Triangle. Although the volume outlines the formation of thin formations, further inspection can be done by way of notice that accompany volume fluctuations for price fluctuations in these formations. Volume should increase when prices rise and thinned when the price falls in strengthening the signal at all Bullish Triangle.
